• Your Vevi account email or username.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• Whether you used Rear LiDAR Verified or Front TrueDepth.
• The capture/watch link, if relevant.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if you are comfortable sharing them.

Privacy and deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account or uploaded content through the Account Deletion page, or by emailing support@vevi.me. Include the account email and capture links you want reviewed or deleted.

Verification questions

Vevi’s Edit Master verifier can check embedded proof metadata, payload hashes, and signed manifests. A valid result means the file passed Vevi’s current technical checks; it does not guarantee that every real-world claim about the video is true.
